The Azim Premji University hostel rules are as follows:

• Students should only stay in the rooms allotted to them by the concerned authority as interchanging rooms without prior permission is not allowed.

• Residents should not cause any damage to the hostel property.
• Hostellers should not create any disturbance within the hostel premises.

• Students residing in the hostel should turn-off the lights and fans when not in use.

There is a forty-storied hostel building named as ‘Nalanda’ which is present within the Azim Premji University Campus to provide home-like residential facilities to around 2500 male & female students, collectively. Moreover, the rooms available at the hostel are well-ventilated and equipped with a bed, study table, chair, etc.

In addition to this, to ensure the safety of the residents, the University has equipped the hostel premises with CCTV cameras, biometric access, fire hydrants, and others.
