College of Engineering Perumon Kollam Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

Campus consists of mainly 4 building or blocks for each department that is Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical Department. There is a separate building for administrative purposes. Another sub or small buildings include Physics Lab, Thermal Lab, Mechanical Lab and PT room. Canteen is situated near to the Computer Science department. Football Ground, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Indoor Badminton Court are there for the Physical Department. Everyone's favorite spot is the Football ground as it’s is vast and more spacious.

Overall campus life is very good. The crowd is average at College of Engineering Perumon. Campus provides many technical and cultural events which makes college life more exciting. Many clubs are there and one of such club is the dance club. It's the most active and more crowded club in the entire campus. Student’s kind of flood into the programs conducted by the dance club. Our college is built in 20 acres of land and most of it is unused. Our college has a great nature friendly atmosphere. Our college has a main block that's administrative block, 4 department blocks, and separate blocks for labs. All the classrooms are large enough to accommodate at mostly 70 students. CEP Kollam consists of a huge library and much needed lab spaces. Every block has its own seminar hall and has a main auditorium separate. We have a canteen building, a sports room, equipment, and gym facilities. Our college is guarded by 2 securities always. My college is nature friendly with 24 hour ventilation.

My overall campus life is pretty awesome. In our college we get the freedom what we need. College is not much crowded as it has enough space to accommodate everyone. Our college consists of many clubs such as science, arts, technical, and technological clubs. I'm part of the technical club. The college organizes yearly sports activities along with academic events. The biggest festival of our college is the technical fest that's 3 day long and a real festival. We celebrate Onam, Christmas, ethnic day, and Holi. My campus life is above my expectations here.Read Full Review

Campus building is fine and every department is provided with separate buildings. Campus size is big but it is located in a rural area far inside highways. It is little discomforted travelling experience. Good library is available. There are a massive collection of books and magazines. They also provide a better atmosphere. Labs are not much good. Frequently some systems get complaints. Every department has a first aid box and basic things like washrooms, water coolers, etc...

My overall campus experience is average. A lot of students are studying in here, that would be about 120 students are studying in CS 2023 batch. There are a lot of clubs that are available. We can use it to develop our skills. It is not active all the time. College didn't encourage students to participate in other non curricular activities. Fest and events are massive here. One of the best that I like about this college is its tech fest.Read Full Review
