The Lexicon Management Institute of Leadership & Excellence started its journey in the year 2009. The college is associated with the Lexicon Group of Institutions started in 1999. The institute aims of giving real and valuable education to students to make them become successful in the corporate world. Currently, more than 12,000 students are part of the institute. Today the college has gained the popularity of being a leading B-School in eastern Pune.
Interested candidates must appear in CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, or other valid tests that are acceptable to Lexicon. Further, the college conducts GD and PI for all the eligible candidates for selection. Candidates have to appear for the interview process organized at the campus and in all the cities in India that is notified on a coming date. Based on performance in the interview, students are short-listed. Later, the performance of a candidate in 10th, 12th, and graduation is taken into consideration for the selection. Shortlisted candidates receive an offer letter and they get a confirmation for admission after submitting the registration amount.
The college ranks at 29th position by Times of India 2018 ranking. It ranked among the top 50 business schools in all the Business Surveys done by Business Journals & Magazines.
