NIT Trichy Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The infrastructure of institute classes, labs, and hostels is really good & properly built. The campus is spread in an area of about 700 acres. The sitting capacity is around 70 students in one class. There is no air conditioner present in classes. The sports facilities are really good and well-maintained grounds of each sport throughout the year. There is hospital facility as well inside the campus. My favorite parts include football ground, cafeteria, and stone benches.

NIT Trichy is not just an institute but it is like a second home for me. It gave me lifetime unforgettable friends, lots of new experience in the past one year. There are so many clubs but the participation on these clubs starts from second year onwards. Some of the clubs are Dance troupe, music troupe, Sports contingents, and tech clubs. The infrastructure of classroom like Orion, logos is well designed and has proper ventilation. The campus is around 800 acres big in Tiruchirappalli district of Tamil Nadu. The classroom can accommodate around 100 students but there are about 50 students present at one time in class. My favorite part of institute is Octagon (computer lab). Sport facilities are one of the best in this campus with all the sports available and coaches as well.

The institute life is chill and full of fun. There are many temples here on and off campus to visit. There are many clubs like orientation club, dance and music troops, sports contingent teams, spider, and delta clubs. There are social clubs as well like NCC and NSS. There are separate departments for each branch course. Infrastructure and design of lectures halls is excellent. Classrooms are ventilated. The campus size is 800 acres. Academic facilities like Central library, computer labs, seminar hall, auditorium, conference hall, etc. are provided to the students of NIT Trichy. Additional facilities include canteens, sports ground, hospital, taxi, cab service, post office, SBI Bank, and security at every hostel, building, and main gate. My favorite places are the hang out spots such as stones branch, MIG, Café Coffee Day, 2K market, etc.

The overall my campus life is quite good. There are many clubs such as sigma, delta, spider, etc. Institute also organizes many extracurricular activities like Festember, sports fete, cultural fest, and many others. Pragyan and Aaveg are most famous technical fests in NIT Trichy. My experience is quite impressive here.Read Full Review
