I am a third year Undergraduate student at Indian Institute of Information Technology Vadodara, Gandhinagar. My overall experience has been extremely positive so far. Although, our permanent campus is still under construction and we are currently running at Government Engineering College of Gandhinagar, but after spending more than 2 years, it feels like it didn't even matter. Along with the best academics, the Institute maintains the best Coding culture and encourages us for extracurricular activities. I am a second year student at IIIT Vadodara Gandhinagar. Since it has been 2 years, my experience is fine, as we do not have our own campus. We face issues like transportation and food as our hostel located near a village Palaj (near IIT Gandhinagar). The institute is presently running in a government institute. Regarding studies, it is just ok. In our hostel, mostly 1st and 2nd students reside while others live. Hence, choose wisely as placements are good with highest 40 LPA, 30 LPA, 25 LPA and median is 10 LPA.Read Full Review

IIIT Vadodara is a good option for students who achieve percentile about 98 in their JEE Mains. The faculty here has excellent educational backgrounds and is a great help to students. This institute's campus is under construction and the classes are being held in GEC, Gandhinagar temporarily. The institute focuses on computer based courses, i.e. CSE and IT. The environment for coding is really great here. There is no ragging in this institute so freshers would have no problem related to ragging.Read Full Review
