RNB Global University Faculty Profile, Bikaner

For every course, they have at least 3-4 faculties. My course was further divided into 3 main courses including a subject from biotech and apart from that chemistry and zoology. For each subject, they had 3 faculties that taught according to semesters. Overall faculties in college differed in all years but it was around 40. As the college is new right now and students are also less, so it is a benefit too because you get focused on by all teachers and they try their best to improve your skills and sharpen them. Some teachers had to be their career in RNB itself while some teachers were highly reputed in their firm and visited prestigious colleges like DU to give guest lectures.

Most of the teachers were doctorates and done a Ph.D in their field. Except for 1 or 2 teachers, all others were extremely professionals in nature in their subject and taught really well. if we don't find anyone up to the mark and the whole class finds their teaching not so useful you can mail their portal, they have a different team for the complaint section as well and a suggestion box is also placed in which you can file your complaints and a maximum number of times I have seen that action was taken and new faculty was called upon.Read Full Review

University being in Bikaner doesn’t mean that faculty was also from the same city. All the best faculty were hired from Mumbai, Delhi, and Pune University and they took care of the students. Each subject had 2 faculty and the number of faculty at the campus was over 100. The student teacher ratio was great considering that the University was and I believe is still running at 50% capacity. All the faculty were professional and meant business at the end of the day. No negotiations in terms of bunking or being not attentive in the class.Read Full Review
