Poona College of Arts, Science and Commerce Reviews on Placement, Faculty, Hostel by Students

I have completed my HSC from Poona college itself and so I'm quite familiar with the faculty and staff. Poona College is one of the oldest, yet reputed institutes located in Pune. It offers various plain courses like B.Sc, B.Com, BA, as well as professional courses BBA, BCS, MBA. I have taken B.Sc here, and as per my experience till now the faculty is quite understanding, professional, and qualified. All the faculty members are well qualified; some have completed their PhD, while some are Pursuing PhD in their respective fields. Poona college is only known for its excellent facilities staff, as each one of them have a unique teaching method that students can understand. Unlike other college's faculties which focus on completing the syllabus, Poona college is ahead in this field, for they focus on quality education rather than finishing the syllabus. The college is quite beautiful and has a fountain in the middle, with beautiful trees all around the campus; we have well equipped science laboratories for science students and well-equipped computer labs as well. The toilets in the college are also cleansed every day, unlike other institutes, which have unhygienic one. Again, I particularly chose this institute as it's affordable for me as well as near to my home. I will suggest students to opt for this institution only if they agree with the above points I mentioned. If you are fine skipping the fests, etc. and would want to focus on studies you can think as an option. Though, I would like to mention - the students are not so good, and you may face problems making genuinely good friends here, but if you seriously want to study, the professors here will genuinely try their best to help you in your studies as well as further life.Read Full Review

It is my pleasure to go ahead and summaries my overall experience at Poona College of Arts, Science and Commerce. The college that played an important role in my academic as well as professional life. I would never forget the lovely memories created throughout my course. The reason behind choosing the particular college was the reputation that the college holds. Which I do not think any other nearby college holds. In addition, I would love to mention more things such as curriculum, extracurricular activities, and knowledge based learning are some more things to add to the list.Read Full Review
