Ballari Medical College and Research Centre Bellary Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The campus’ academic blocks are well built and maintained. It is cleaned very day by the staff. The classrooms are huge which is necessary for accommodating large number of students. The classrooms are provided with black board and projectors for organised digitized classes. The library is huge and is stocked with enormous number of books which are useful for the students. Parks are present in the campus. The college has an auditorium which is utilized to conduct various Health Awareness Programs and for special cultural programs for the students to pass on the traditional knowledge to the present generation.

The overall campus life is very good and less stressful because of the peaceful environment provided by various sites like parks, library and green atmosphere. Clubs created by the college perform public skits to create awareness among people about various medical aspects. Sports activities are conducted in the college ground to develop sportsmanship and unity among students. There are separate buildings for different departments which are very old now. The campus is very large and is situated outside the city. It is also very clean and green. Classrooms are good with seating capacity for about 150 students. AC’s are there in classroom but they don't work at all or they are switched on only when someone is visiting. The library facility is provided but it is old. The Auditorium is good and there is no gym facility provided.

Overall campus life is ok but don't expect what you see in the movies. Institute crowd mainly contains state people who communicate in Kannada. If you are outsider like me than it will take a few months to get used to it and even you will be able to understand basic terms. There are no clubs here. Only Ganesh Chaturthi and Kannada Rajyotsav are celebrated in whole year.Read Full Review
