The Indus University (IU) Ahmedabad campus is tobacco free and has an inclusive environment with state-of-the-art infrastructure & amenities, and disabled-friendly facilities ensuring a safe space for learning, growth & overall well being of the students.
Indus University Ahmedabad campus is spread over an area of approximately 16 acres and is surrounded with lush greenery. The classrooms are spacious and have a good ventilation system. Apart from this, various other facilities are available at Indus University Ahmedabad campus such as library, labs, auditorium, seminar hall, and many others
IU Ahmedabad has ICT-enabled classrooms which are equipped with modern amenities such as twin boards and projectors. At Indus University Ahmedabad campus, there is an air-conditioned auditorium which has the capacity to accommodate around 600 students.
Moreover, the campus has an air conditioned & fully-furnished seminar hall that is used to conduct seminars, interactive sessions, and other academic activities. Other facilities include an incubation centre, student store & print shop, etc.

- Library: The University’s campus library is spread over an area of 600 square meters. It houses various academic & non-academic books, dissertations, project reports, etc. The library has a collection of 30,000+ books, and has subscribed to more than 250 Nationals & International journals. Other educational resources such as CDs, DVDs, etc. are also available.
In addition, the library also has an Online Publication Access Catalogue (OPAC) allowing the students on campus to access catalogue. Moreover, the library has membership of ADINET & DELNET which provides online access to several e-books & e-journals to the students. Furthermore, the reprographic facilities are also available in the library.
- Laboratories: The University has air-conditioned computer laboratories to foster digital literacy to the students. The computer labs are equipped with 200+ desktops & internet connectivity. Moreover, the laboratories are equipped with advanced software & tools.
In addition, the University’s campus has several departmental labs with 600+ computers such as Advanced Programming lab, Software Engineering lab, Electronics & Communication Engineering lab, and so on.
- Sports: IU Ahmedabad provides world-class sports facilities for the holistic development of the students. Indus University Ahmedabad campus has amenities like courts, fields, and indoor arenas for games like Cricket, Table Tennis, Chess, Lawn Tennis, Badminton, Kabbaddi, Carrom, Pickleball, and many others.
- Hostels: The University offers on-campus hostel facilities to both male and female students separately. The Indus University Ahmedabad Hostel is spacious, fully furnished, and provides rooms with adequate facilities such as bed, mattress, table, chair, etc. Moreover, the hostel also provides a mess facility which serves balanced & vegetarian meals to the students. Additional facilities include cafeteria, food court, and first-aid services.
- Canteen: The University has a spacious canteen which is divided into two parts, one for the students and other for the faculty members with a capacity to accommodate around 250 individuals at a time. It serves different vegetarian cuisines such as Indian, Chinese & South Indian food.
Furthermore, there is a Jaiswal canteen & food court named Sanchita within the campus. Apart from this, the University has a Tea post outlet and Nescafe counter which serves a variety of coffees and snacks to the students.
- Transportation: Transportation facility is available at Indus University Ahmedabad campus. The buses run on specific routes, providing safe & secure, pick-up and drop services to both students and the faculty members. The transport services are managed by Naitik Travels, Ahmedabad.
- Medical Facility: The University provides round the clock medical services to the students at the Adwait Multispecialty Hospital. In case of emergency, transport service is also available.
- Gymnasium: The Indus University Ahmedabad campus has a gym which is equipped with fitness equipment like motorised treadmill, dumbells, skipping rope, etc. There is also a fitness centre to ensure the physical well-being of the students.
- Banking: The campus has ATM facilities of Kotak Mahindra Bank to meet the financial requirements of the students.
