Shailendra Sir was in charge of placement cell and had a team of 20 members for MET institute of engineering. The cell has made sure that MET BKC students get placed to some of the best MNCs and for that, the department has filled the gap between academic and industry requirements in a 2-month training program. The college has an awe-inspiring record in terms of the percentage of students getting placed and the kind of package that the students are offered here. The average placement for the mechanical department was 5-6 LPA. Almost 80% of the students had placements and it was optional as the students who have changed their mind to pursue higher studies were given enough time to think over it. It wasn’t hard and fast and I seriously regret denying the opportunity I had then because doing PG hasn’t helped my cause because rather than spending 2 years at PG I could have easily gained experience and would have had a higher package than that in 2 years time.Read Full Review
