Sandip University, Nashik Maharashtra is established in the year 2015 as Private University Educational Institute to provide higher education to build career in the field of Engineering, Management and Humanities. Sandip University is having Affiliation with reputed NCTE, PCI, AICTE, BCI and UGC. Management of Sandip University, Nashik is working under Dr. Sandip N. Jha (Chairman).
In the year 2015, the Sandip University (SU) commenced operations from Nashik city in India’s Maharashtra state. SU is a State Private university, having the accreditation of the University Grants Commission. In fact, the University is the first self-funded university in the private sector in Maharashtra’s Northern region.
Sandip University is grouped under the Sandip Group of Institutions. The Group’s sponsoring body is the Sandip Foundation. In addition to the SU at Nashik, the Group has constituted another private university at Sijoul that is traced to Madhubani district in India’s Bihar state, during the year 2017.
The SU adopts an interdisciplinary approach, offering the aspirants a variety of diploma, postgraduate, and undergraduate programs, across several disciplines: Law, Commerce & Management, Computer Applications, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Health Sciences, Fashion Design and Engineering & Technology, among others. Moreover, the University offers doctoral courses that are inclusive of internships and placements.
Keeping in mind that international exposure aids the holistic development of the students, the University has signed MOUs with premier international universities for facilitating student-exchange, faculty-exchange programs, among other partnerships.
Besides, the University has tie-ups with several reputed technical institutes like IBM and CDAC. Through such collaborations, the pupils can avail opportunities on a global scale and get international exposure in the chosen fields.

The University understands that infrastructural facilities play an integral role in the students’ lives, thus efforts are invested to create a technologically-rich center. As such, the Sandip University library is well-stocked with a large number of books and equipped with the latest audio-visual aids. Moreover, the University campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled for facilitating learning for the students.
As per the Times of India 2017 survey, the Sandip University ranking in India is 9th under the listing of India’s Top Emerging Universities.
