The management of the University’s hostel has specified the refund criteria for the fees which are below-mentioned in the pointers:

• Before the commencement of the classes or the reporting date, if any student withdraws admission from the hostels, registration fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Students withdrawing from the hostel after the beginning of the classes or reporting to the hostel, the authorities will not refund 65% of the fees and only mess & laundry charges will be refunded (for the unused months) on a pro-rata basis.
• Mess & laundry charges will be forfeited if the students have stayed in the hostel for even one day in a given calendar month,

The Phonics University hostel rules have been formed by the management for the hostellers to follow which are stated below:

• Ragging, gambling, smuggling, and any other criminal activities are banned inside the hostel and campus.
• Students cannot conduct any informal meetings, birthday celebrations, entertainment activities, and other programs without having prior approval from the wardens.
• Hostellers should make sure that they have switched off all the lights, fans, etc. before leaving the room.
• Hygiene should be maintained by every hosteller within their rooms.
• Intentional harm to the hostel property by the students will not be tolerated by the competent authority in any case.
• Residents should not consume or possess intoxicants like tobacco, alcohol, drugs, etc.
