For enrolling into BBA one has to pass the MAKAUT online test, where you have to answer few questions within 1 hour. The eligibility for BBA is to pass 12th standard from any recognized board and could be of any stream. For BBA the first year fees are Rs. 60000 which is non-refundable. BBA comes with a variety of subject to study with like Graphics, Communication Skills, and ENVS with important subjects such as Economics, Business, and English.

I went to the college with very little expectations as I had 60 percent in my 12th and after getting rejected from St. Xaviers, Goneka and other colleges, I thought TISL was nothing because they are giving admissions to anybody who comes to their doorsteps. Well, I was wrong as I say many students have joined this college at will as BBA of TISL is one of the best courses in Kolkata. BBA students from here have landed at IIMs because along with BBA, we were taught analytics, and other stuff that were to be prepared for MBA entrances. One had to come charging down because internals and all were taken quite seriously here. Only the attendance part where you can break the rules and get away as 75% attendance was said to be fulfilled but 80% of the students didn’t have over 50% and still all the faces were seen at the exams.

I will be fair with this question as the academics is ok-ok in this college. Well, there’s not much to be proud about or something great that can be raved. The BBA department is affiliated to MAKAUT and the course will have to say is designed better than BBM in Bangalore. The future has been the talking point in class as every student you see will keep asking about future plans. Not just students but the teachers too kept us bragging about the future prospectus. The college should know that if they make us study hard in the present only then we will have some future. The college is not as serious about academics as students engaged in extra-curricular are the ones that turn to be teacher’s favorites.
