Yes, college does offer residential facilities for boys and girls. Boys and girls hostel are different. Mess food is good. Quality and hygiene is good. Hostel fee depends on type of hostel and rooms. For AC rooms it is above 1.5lakh and for Non AC it is around 1.2 lakh which you have to pay in 2 splits. Rules and timings are strict and fixed like every other hostel.
