SUT Academy of Medical Sciences Fees Structure & Courses 2026, Trivandrum

I chose MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) as my course. MBBS is a very hectic course yet it always manages to give us a minute amount of happiness here and there, especially when we can appreciate a pain relieved face of a patient. The entry requirements include 10+2 PCM, PCB or any equivalent course, along with that NEET scorecard is also required. Admission process is fast and smooth, a minimum NEET rank of 14,000 is required for admission. Exams are conducted every 3-4 months; 2‘sessional’ exams and one model exam. If you have an average of 50% in all three exams, you are eligible to write the final institution exam. If you fail the institution exam, SAY exams are conducted after 3 months of the final exam. There are 3 types of classes held here, one is theory class, where the faculty teach us in lecture halls, second is the practical class, which are taken in labs and third, the most important are clinics, where you have to go to the hospital to attend the class. Here we are taught about the patients in the outpatient department, operation theatres, etc.

Fees are paid year wise. Annual fee is around 7 Lakh excluding hostel fees or any other charges. If you are student in a government institution under SUTAMS Trivandrum, annual fee is around Rs. 30,000/- excluding hostel fees.Read Full Review
