Sri Venkateswara College New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

I feel like our College's library and reading hall are the best. The amount of greenery we have at our campus is amazing and sports facilities as I have already mentioned are definitely the best. From Rock Garden to Botanical Garden, our College has maintained them all as well as each garden is watered daily and there are experts assigned to look after them.

‘Chakravyuh’ which is our College’s annual Sports Meet is arguably the best sports event of DU. Me being a sports person couldn't have asked for more and with my performances in the last year annual sports meet I will be leading the badminton team from this year onwards. There are separate academic blocks for Science and Arts. All the labs are equipped with necessary equipment, which are good as well. Library has good seating capacity. The canteen food is good as well. There are three academic blocks. Recently constructed ‘Durgabai Deshmukh block is a new Science block. The ground and sports facilities are good as well, with enough sports equipment. The best part of College’s infrastructure is the lawns and greenery.

The campus crowd is very fine. There are various societies in our College for debate, dance, singing, and art. There are departmental societies as well which are for academic rigor and a few NGO based societies. I am also a part of a few of them. My College is built on approximately 15 acres of land. It has great location because of its close proximity to Durgabai Deshmukh Metro Station (0.1 KMs away) and Indira Gandhi International Airport terminal 3. Campus has 3 buildings. College has a great library with AC. and a big sports ground.

Overall campus life is great. College crowd is quite mix. It has several clubs and societies. I am a part of P-Cell. Engagement activities do happened often like dance battles and so on.Read Full Review
