ICP has a Training and Placement Cell which works constantly for placements of students. It provides training programs to students as well as conducts placement activities for overall development of students. Placement activities conducted under certain services are provided by Training and Placement Cell. Services and activities are mentioned below:

• Identification of job opportunities: It includes activities like guest lectures, seminars, alumni interaction, campus interviews, and association with academic institutes.
• Preparation for interviews: It includes activities like soft skill training sessions, communication improvement lectures, mock interview sessions, and CV preparation guidance.
• Development of entrepreneurship skills: It includes activities like interaction with entrepreneurs, guest lectures and seminars related to entrepreneurship, and interaction with entrepreneur alumni.

Training and Placement cell has collaboration with certain well known companies. These companies visit campus for recruitment of students. Some of companies are Sun Pharma, Zyphars Pharmaceuticals, Cognizant Healthcare, Neon Pharmaceuticals, Procter & Gamble, Mankind Healthcare, etc.

ICP Pune has an excellent and modern infrastructure. It has an eco-friendly environment with a peaceful, lush green, and Wi-Fi enabled campus. ICP lays emphasis on academics as well as extracurricular activities for overall development of students. In college campus cultural events are organised. Besides, activities like pharmacist day celebration, environment trip, NCC and NSS camps, etc. are conducted.

Apart from this, ICP has highly dedicated and well qualified faculty and staff members who work diligently for better future of students. ICP also provides certain other facilities to students that are mentioned below:

• Classrooms: ICP has well ventilated and spacious classrooms that are well furnished with lights, fans, benches, etc. and well equipped with modern tools like LCD projector, white board, smart board, internet connectivity, etc. for effective learning of students.
• Auditorium: ICP has a well furnished auditorium which is equipped with latest tools like LCD projection, audio-visual facility, etc. This is used for seminars, guest lectures, workshops, cultural programs, conferences, presentations, etc.
• Library: Library of ICP is well stocked with a collection of numerous textbooks, international journals, magazines, newspapers, theses, reference books, etc. Students can also use digital resources like e-book, e-journals, etc.
• Laboratories: ICP has well equipped laboratories for experimental purposes. These are equipped with instruments like HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, etc.
• Sports: ICP facilitates students with various outdoor and indoor sports like Volleyball, Basketball, Chess, Table Tennis, Carom, etc. It also conducts intercollegiate and inter-university tournaments. Besides, the sports week is organised by college every year.
• Hostel: ICP has hostels for students’ accommodation. There are separate hostels for boys and girls in college campus. In hostels, students are facilitated with amenities like well furnished bedrooms, common TV, medical assistance, hygienic meals, etc.
• Other Facilities: Cafeteria, First Aid Facility, Gymnasium, Transportation, Banks, Book Shops, etc.
