The respective authorities have enforced a comprehensive range of rules & regulations for the residents so that decorum, decency, and etiquettes can be maintained inside the Symbiosis Skills and Professional University hostel premises. • Students should be well-informed about the timings prior to which they should return to the University’s campus and hostel building i.e., 10:00 PM & 11:30 PM, respectively.
• Hostellers who want to stay out from the hostel premises for 1 or more days should be aware that their parents will have to send email at least 4 days prior to the date of required leave on ‘[email protected]’ and ‘[email protected]’ / ‘[email protected]’ to take permission. Also, after sending email, residents should make sure to take the signature from the Rector on the night out form minimum 2 days before their journey day.
• Unnecessarily screaming / playing loud music / talking loudly / creating disturbance is strictly not allowed.
• Smoking / consumption of intoxicants is not permitted inside the hostel premises and if found guilty then respective authorities will take strict disciplinary actions against the students involved in such actions.
• Students damaging the hostel property will be liable to pay the specified fine.
• The hostel authorities do not allow the residents to cook inside the SSPU Pune hostel rooms.
• Hostellers should switch-off all the electrical appliances when not in use and are advised to be mindful while using resources like water and electricity.

• In case, students have ordered outside food then they can collect the same at the main entrance with the presence of security staff, however, they can eat the food only inside the dining area.
