Academics are excellent. The curriculum is as well prepared as I had chosen to pursue BA LLB and blend of all BA and Law subjects are really well. There has been consistent pressure build up each semester but it is gradual and helps you prepare for it with enough time. SLAT is the exam that you are supposed to take to get into this college. SLAT is one of the safest options and you must opt for it. This college has a huge reputation and brand name that will help you in your higher studies and placements as well. There are two semesters in each year along with two internal examinations. The academics here not just theory oriented but also make you learn through the real life challenges and practical approach. For example, right in your first year itself there is a mandatory moot court competition that is to be participated by each and everyone as it has marks for it.

The fee structure considering its private university is obviously high. It is around Rs. 3 Lakh plus in a year. However, there are scholarships provided to top 3 rankers in each batch per semester.Read Full Review

Admission in to Symbiosis Law School is through an entrance test called Symbiosis Law Admission test (SLAT). This exam is held in 2 rounds instead of 3 rounds from 2024 onwards which is MCQ based and Personal Interview (PI). The MCQ based test consists of 60 questions and the duration of the exam is 60 minutes with no negative marking and carries 70% weightage and 30% weightage is allocated to the personal interview round. also the Law courses are introduced in the first year of the course which in my opinion a very beneficial aspect for the Law Students. Further, students are also introduced to the Legal Research method, MUN rounds, Debate Competition, and mooting competition in the first year of the course. Additionally, the institution provides students and opportunity to study a foreign language such as French, German and Spanish for one year divided into two semesters. Student can select any one of the foreign languages of their preference to study further. The institution provides an opportunity to students for a foreign exchange programs.

The admission to both BA LLB and BBA LLB is through an entrance exam named SLAT. This exam is held in three rounds. First round is an MCQ paper like CLAT but no negative marks. The second round is an essay writing paper. The third round is interview. The course introduces law subjects in the very first year which in my opinion is a very advantageous aspect for the students.
