The University has a Placement Cell which acts as a bridge between the academic and industries and prepares students to meet the corporate demands and standards. There is a Corporate Relations team which helps students in choosing a career option which aligns well with their field, so that they can approach the respective companies through the Woxsen University Placement drives.

An extensive range of activities and programs are organised by the Center Of Talent Development (COTD) before the recruitment drive in order to enhance the skills of the students; some of them are listed below:

Leading companies like IBM, Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, KPMG, Oracle, Zomato, Federal Bank, and the many others are the prominent recruiters of the University which offers employment opportunities to the students.

The land area of the Woxsen University Campus is around 200 acres and several world class facilities with state-of-the-art infrastructure are present inside it for the overall growth & development of the students.

The University offers requisite academic facilities like numerous spacious classrooms built in amphitheatre style and can accommodate 60+ students in each. The classrooms, tutorial rooms, and lecture theatres are equipped with the latest technologies to support both traditional & modern teaching methods.

• Library: There is a central library namely, ‘Vithal Gandhi Centre’ which contains numerous books, magazines, journals, audio-visual materials, etc. Moreover, the library has a digital library to access the online materials, huddle rooms, convention & outdoor spaces, reading corners, and other facilities to offer a productive learning space to the students.
• Laboratories: Adequate computing facilities are there to enhance the analytical skills of the students. A number of technologically advanced labs are present within the department of Design, Finance, Chemistry, Computer Science & Engineering, and others to provide requisite practical training to the students.

• Auditoriums: An auditorium is present within the University’s premises with sufficient seating arrangement and it is used for organising academic & cultural events.
• Seminar Hall: Several seminar halls are there at the campus built with different seating capacity. These halls are used for organising seminars, workshops, academic meetings, etc.
• Conference Halls: Woxsen University has around 4 conference halls with a seating capacity of more than 100 students in each. Moreover, it contains audio-visual equipment, projector, digital screens, and other such amenities.
• Eateries: Around 4 eateries are present across the University’s campus namely, ‘Oval Dining Hall’, ‘Rise Café’, ‘Blue Embers’, and others serving both vegetarian & non-vegetarian food options to the students & other faculty members.
• Hostels: The University has built several blocks to provide accommodation facility to male and female students. At Woxsen University Hostels, there are around 1087 AC & Non-AC rooms available along with various top-notch facilities.
• Sports: The University has built a multi-storey indoor stadium namely, ‘SportX’ which contains changing rooms, Badminton arena, and separate lounge for Table-Tennis, Chess, Billiards, Squash Courts, etc.
  Moreover, there is a 10-lane athletic track, around 2 Basketball Courts, 2 Volleyball Courts, 2 Pickle Ball Courts, and amenities for other outdoor games. Furthermore, there is a fully-equipped Fitness Centre containing indoor & outdoor gymnasiums.
• Transportation: Pick and drop services are offered to the students through the bus present at the University. Moreover, students can avail the shuttle services provided by the Institution.
• Healthcare Facilities: The University has a ‘Care & Cure’ which has several doctors, nurses, and other staff to offer 24x7 medical aids to the students. In addition, a wellness centre is available to spread awareness about mental wellbeing among the students. Students can avail the ambulance services in case of any emergency.
• Other Facilities: Parking complex, outdoor amphitheatre, and other such amenities.
