Academic Facilities
The College contains about 113 classrooms which are spacious, well-lit, and have all the necessary digital equipment including overhead projectors, white screen, sound & audio systems, etc. to enable students to experience engaging and interactive sessions. Additionally, there are around 22 tutorial rooms, through which the College conducts lectures integrating application-based pedagogies.
Moreover, there is a ‘Ramanandha Adigalar Auditorium’ which is air-conditioned and is developed across an area of about 15,683 square meters. The auditorium has a seating capacity of about 1500 students and has a stage which covers an area of around 1632 square feet. It is equipped with lighting systems, multimedia settings, etc. to conduct large-scale events successfully.
Furthermore, there is a ‘Sarabhai Kalam Theater’ which can accommodate about 450 students as it is built across an area of about 6000 square feet. It is a space where webinars, International conferences, sessions through video-conferencing are organised. Additionally, there is a conference room present at the Kumaraguru College of Technology Coimbatore campus.
In addition to this, there are about 3 seminar halls within the campus of the College including ‘Sir CV Raman Hall’ which has a built-in area of about 3000 square feet, has a stage of area 480 square feet , and can seat about 300 students. Moreover, the ‘Swami Vivekananda Hall’ is built across an area of 3190 square feet and the ‘C-Block Seminar Hall’ is spread across an area of around 3040 square feet. Both of them can accommodate approximately 250 students and each of their stages are built across 385 square feet area.
