All the engineering courses offered at SIT are affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, and offers quality content to learn from. Also, it has to be noted that a degree from VTU is valued all across the globe. Since the Syllabus is constantly revised, it enables you to have a genuine grip on the industry demands. A Typical semester which lasts around 5-6 months will have 3-4 months’ classes. Three Internal examinations will be conducted and the best two scores will be considered. You will have a time gap for roughly two weeks between the end of classes and beginning of the semester exams, which should give you ample time to prepare well for the examinations.

There is a compulsory internship at the end of 6th semester and a Project work in the 8th semester. While the Project puts your skills acquired over the four years into practice, internship gives you a brief exposure into the industry.
