Step 1: Registrations

At the beginning of the procedure, companies provide Job Announcement Forms (JASFs) and Job Description (JDs) to the TPC which they review for logistics & slots and forward to the students. Once students receive these forms, they are required to fulfill the registration procedure in order to appear for interviews.

Step 2: Shortlisting

After obtaining students’ details, recruitment companies shortlist students on the basis of their CGPA, skills, quality of resume, and other criteria.

Step 3: Assessments

Once the shortlisting process is finished, the companies meticulously plan online assessment tests as per the requirement of the job roles. Then, students are further advanced for GD and interview stages in accordance with their performance in this assessment.

Step 4: Group Discussions (GDs)

Following this, TPC provides required amenities to the companies so that they can conduct group discussions. The purpose of these GDs is to evaluate students’ communication, teamwork & other skills.

Step 5: Interviews & Offer Letters

Interview sessions are held by the companies post completion of all the other rounds in order to inspect students’ job suitability and technical skills. In the end, students who clear the interview rounds are provided with final offer letters.
