* Additionally, for afore-given PG programs, students must have obtained at least 50% marks in the requisite qualifying exam and 45% marks for those belonging to PwD, EWS (except for M.Tech) and Backward Class categories of Maharashtra state.

Admission Process
Eligible students can apply for admissions in their desired program offered at the SGU Kolhapu through online mode (on the official website).
The Sanjay Ghodawat University will grant admission to the students based on their performance in the requisite qualifying exam / entrance test / SGU Entrance Examination (SGUEE) / personal interview as applicable to the respective program.
Reservation Criteria
During admission, 70% of the total intake seats will be reserved for the students having Maharashtra’s domicile according to the norms of the Government of Maharashtra. The remaining 30% seats shall be reserved for the All India students.

The Sanjay Ghodawat University grants various types of scholarships such as Merit, EWS, minority, and Loyalty scholarships to the students.
The Shri. Sanjay Ghodawat Loyalty Scholarship is offered to the UG & PG course students who have completed their last qualifying exam from the University / other Institutions of the Sanjay Ghodawat Group.
