Prestige Institute of Management and Research Placements: Average & Highest Package 2023, Indore

The College didn't run from the responsibility of placing the students. So, for that a round of cheer to PIMR because they have been firm on their stance that if there's an MBA College in the state, it's IIM Indore, and then the PIMR. Some students showed unwillingness in placements, so those students made things simpler for the ones who needed placements. As soon as the third semester started, the queue for placement started. We were given ample choices to choose from various industries. Hospitality, Banking, Insurance, IT, and FMCG sectors were the ones we had to choose from. We were trained even before the internship because this was an opportunity for us to impress the company and get hired directly. Half the students made most of the opportunity and got placed in their internship company. For the others too the placement cell organized interviews with their preferred sector companies. PIMR Indore is known for good placements as the ROI is really good in terms of placements. The placement process is very transparent and begins from the third semester. Industrial visits are also organized in the institution once or twice per semester. The institute also offers a compulsory summer internship program across diversified fields in order to provide students a chance to avail themselves of the pre-placement offer during their internship. Good and reputed companies arrive at the institution for placements including Bajaj, Airtel, HDFC Bank, Bata, Deloitte, Bandhan Bank, etc. These companies took students from different specializations and offer them a decent package.Read Full Review
