Western Business School Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Pune

The Western Business School Pune has a Training & Placement Cell that acts as a link between academia and the professional world so that students can secure excellent career opportunities. The WBS Pune Placement Cell also organises counselling sessions for helping students in choosing the right career path for themselves.

450+ recruitment companies participated in the Institute’s hiring process, which have hired over 250 students. Adobe, Capgemini, IBM, Tata Consultancy Services, and Wipro are some of such companies.

So far, the WBS Pune highest package is 42 LPA & it has been offered to a student by Infosys. Besides that, placement drives conducted in the academic year 2025-26, students secured jobs with highest & average packages of 18 LPA and 8 LPA, respectively.

Numerous on and off campus Internship drives are organised by cell via which students can secure excellent Internship opportunities from the top firms.
