BITSoM Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Mumbai

BITSoM placement drives and activities are managed by the Industry Partnership and Career Services (IPCS) Team along with a Placements & Career Services Committee. Students are facilitated with personalised guidance and mentorship on navigating a successful career path in the corporate world.

BITSoM highest package, till now is 50 LPA. Apart from this, the average & median package of the Institute is 21 LPA and 20.52 LPA, respectively. In the year 2025, more than 135 students secured placement opportunities in leading industries across the Globe.

Students of the Institute have acquired more than 260 Internship offers and a number of job roles through the on-campus recruitment drives in over 70 top National & International firms. In addition to this, the renowned BITS School of Management placement companies are BCG, EY, KPMG, Accenture, ICICI Bank, Flipkart, IDFC First Bank, etc.

The Placement Readiness Programme (PRP) of the Institute aids students who are enrolled in the BITSoM Courses to enhance their employability potential as it facilitates them with resume building sessions, mock interviews, conclaves, etc.
