The Vikrant University campus is located at Gwalior (main) and Indore and covers a land area of over 40 and around 12 acres, respectively. Students are provided with round the clock Wi-Fi connection inside the premises so that they can study without any interruption.
CCTVs are installed at the Vikrant University so that students can get a secure environment. Apart from this, ample amenities are offered to the students including smart classrooms, library, laboratories, auditorium, seminar rooms, sports, hostel, gymnasium, and several others.

Academic Facilities
Students are provided with quality education at the smart classrooms using audio-visual aids like projector, speaker, and more. Lecture halls are also there that have the latest video-conferencing amenities.
Inside the Vikrant University campus, 2 auditoriums namely, ‘Ashoka Auditorium’ and ‘Vikramaditya Auditorium’ are present that have a combined accommodation capacity of more than 500 students. These venues are well-equipped with ACs, audio-visual facilities, lighting setups, and are used for hosting guest lectures, pre-placement talks, seminars, and other non-academic events.
A moot courtroom is also available for training the Law students. The other facilities include capacious seminar halls / rooms, group discussion rooms, and a conference room, to name a few. Here, adequate digital and sound aids are installed to conduct discussions, meetings, seminars, conferences, and related activities effectively.
The major academic amenities of the University are described below:
- Library: Inside the premises of the University, there is a central library that is well-stacked with a huge collection of learning resources like books, journals, and much more. Adequate reading spaces are there in the library so that students can study in a peaceful environment. In addition to this, digital library services are available so that students can access the global study materials and hone their concepts.
- Laboratories: Computing facilities are provided to the students through numerous computer labs that are present at the campus. There are more than 850 PCs installed that can be used by students to complete their academic tasks.
Besides this, various laboratories are there for departments like Science, Engineering, etc. wherein modern tools and equipment are available to impart practical knowledge to the students. The departmental labs include Language labs, Fluid Mechanics lab, Chemistry lab, Physics lab, and the list continues.
Non-Academic Facilities
Other than the learning amenities, several non-academic ones including recreational spaces are provided to the students to aid their all-round development. Below-mentioned are the non-academic facilities that are available at the Vikrant University Gwalior campus:
- Sports: There is a ‘Sports Board’ that conducts the sports fest named ‘Spardha’ and also motivates the students to actively participate in the same and other tournaments. The Vikrant University Gwalior campus is well-equipped with state-of-the-art sports infrastructure such as Football / Cricket Ground, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, etc.
Requisite facilities are available for other indoor & outdoor sports like Kho-Kho, Chess, Volleyball, Badminton, Long Jump, Snooker, Table Tennis, Carrom, and the list continues. Apart from this, the University has a Vikrant Cricket Academy (VCA) to provide adequate training and exposure to the students.
- Hostels: The male and female students are provided with separate, on-campus residential facilities by the University. The Vikrant University Hostel rooms are well-equipped with the necessary fixtures. At the mess, the boarders are served with healthy meals that are prepared under standard conditions.
- Canteen: There are numerous canteens / cafeterias inside the campus wherein different types of snacks and beverages are provided to the students.
- Transportation: The University owns many buses that cover the major routes of the city and also the nearby towns so that students can conveniently travel to and from the campus.
- Medical Facilities: At the ‘Vikrant Clinic’, students are provided with adequate medical services to ensure their overall well-being. It includes routine check-ups, first aid, emergency care, etc.
- Gymnasium: A gymnasium and an open gym are located in the Vikrant University campus wherein students can exercise using different training equipment.
