Sona Devi University Campus is spread across around 20 acres and is equipped with top-notch facilities which are suitable for physically-disabled students as well. In addition, the classrooms at the University are available with adequate seating capacity and contain modern amenities.

• Library: An extensive range of printed and digital academic resources are available within the University’s library. Students can also access some of the online learning materials. Additionally, the University offers these facilities to provide a conducive learning environment to the students.
• Laboratories: There are numerous state-of-the-art computer labs at the campus to help students in gaining professional skills. Apart from this, high-tech laboratories are there at the University to provide practical exposure to the students in their chosen field.
• Auditoriums: An air-conditioned ‘Vivekananda Auditorium’ is built by the University which can accommodate around 200 students at a time and is used to organise large-scale events.
• Cafeteria: A cafeteria / canteen is present within the premises of SDU Jharkhand to offer varied food choice to the students.
• Hostels: Sona Devi University Hostels are available separately for boys & girls and around 100 students can be collectively accommodated within it. Moreover, ventilated & fully-furnished rooms, mess, study rooms, first-aid facility, and other such amenities are provided to the students staying in the hostels.
• Sports: Students at the University are encouraged to participate in the sports tournaments and activities ensuring their overall well-being. In addition, indoor games like Ludo, Carrom, Chess, Skipping, and others are available with requisite amenities. Moreover, the University has Tennis Courts, Football Ground, Cricket Ground, Basketball Court, Athletics Tracks, etc. inside the premises for outdoor games.
• Transportation: Several buses are there at the University to provide hassle-free commute to the students.
• Healthcare Facilities: In order to provide first-aid and emergency care to the students, the University has set up a Health Centre at the premises. In addition, on-call 24/7 ambulance services are available to transfer the students to tie-ups hospital i.e., ‘Sadar Hospital’ for further medical assistance.
