Delhi College of Arts and Commerce New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The infrastructure is a bit small, but the College has 2 buildings parallel to each other, one is new building and other is old building. Walking down few steps is canteen with various food and drinks option, and just beside canteen is the ground, which also has basketball court. The College has sports medical room, security at gate, AC library halls, few seminar halls and auditoriums. The classrooms are well-ventilated and the College has a lot of greenery which makes it quite pleasing.

Overall campus life is great. The crowd is quite good. The College has regular events across the year, whether it is an event or seminars, all are fun. College has many societies which students can join, all are very active especially ‘Vyapaar’ which is the Entrepreneurship cell. DCAC New Delhi has two main buildings, one is for the Arts courses and the other is for Commerce. The college has the size of 5 acres. All the classrooms are of different sizes, some can seat about 60-70 people, while others can contain only about 20. The library is well equipped with great books and it is fully air conditioned as well. There is one auditorium in the college and two or three seminar halls. There is a Media Room, which has a Studio and Control Room, mainly for Journalism students but can be used by the college and societies if permitted by the Principal. The Canteen isn't that big but the food is okay. There's a Football Ground, Basketball Court, Cricket Net Practice Area, Table Tennis, Gymnasium and a girl's common room. The security is good. Even though the campus isn't that big, it is good enough and fulfills a student's core requirements.

The campus life here is awesome as the crowd is quite interesting, diverse and entertaining at times. The college outshines because of its crowd and faculty. You get to meet people from different backgrounds, coming from all the corners of the nation. The cultural exchange is too good to be true. There are a lot of clubs/societies in the college ranging from cultural societies for Music, Dance, Drama, Fashion, Photography, Poetry etc. to others like E-Cell, Commerce Association, Environmental Society, etc. There is a college fest every year and on top of that, every society has its annual event/fest while a lot of sub annual events take place throughout the year. The different departments/courses have their respective annual events/fests as well. There are two academic blocks in the campus, one is the old building and the other one is the new building, which also has the admin block. The classrooms are big enough and the benches & desks are also fine and comfortable enough for studying. Seminar halls are very good and air-conditioned as well. Canteen is big and has table & chairs in sufficient amount. My favourite place is my own classroom.

The overall campus life is fun and happening. You get to experience something new every single day and something unexpected also happens every now and then. The societies are the main highlight of DCAC New Delhi and being a part of it feels amazing. You get to learn new skills and methods to do various things. Societies organise various events and fests where special artists also come and perform, making it even bigger and better.Read Full Review
