DY Patil Vidyapeeth campus is developed on an area of about 42.5 acres and has a built-up area of around 22,502 square meters. Along with this, the University’s constituent units are located at 2 sites i.e., Pimpri and Tathawade in the city of Pune. The Deemed University has adequate amenities for differently-able students such as ramps, lifts, etc.
The University’s campus has several facilities which contribute in the holistic development of the students, some of them are spacious classrooms, library, laboratories, hostels, sports playgrounds, and many more.
The University has about 94 smart classrooms which are equipped with modern technical devices to help students learn through audio-visual aid. There are tutorial rooms also available at the premises of the University which aids students to attend live projects and application-based lecture sessions.
In addition to this, the premises of the University have about 5 ICT-enabled lecture halls which can accommodate about 100 students each. Along with the same, about 150 demonstration rooms through which students experience live interactive sessions are there at the campus of the University.
Apart from the same, about 49 seminar halls are present within the DY Patil Vidyapeeth campus to conduct several webinars, workshops, discussions, etc. The University premises have several conference halls in which formal events including conferences, guest lectures, and interaction sessions are organised.
DPU Pune campus has 2 auditoriums with a seating capacity of 1000 and 250 students, respectively in which the University organises large-scale events, functions, fests, and several other activities.

- Library: The campus of the University has a central library which is developed across an area of more than 5000 square meters. Along with the same, there are departmental libraries as well at the premises.
The University has an e-library which contains updated systems through which students can access multiple e-books, e-journals, e-databases, and others. Moreover, the services available for the students at the library are reading spaces which can accommodate about 750 students, issue counter, new arrival section, Wi-Fi connectivity, and the list goes on.

- Laboratories: Multiple computer laboratories are available at the DY Patil Vidyapeeth campus that have systems with updated software to aid students to complete their technical tasks. Along with this, the departments of the University such as the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Allied Health Sciences, etc. have laboratories to enable students to learn through experiments.
Some of the Departmental laboratories of the DY Patil Vidyapeeth campus are Molecular Diagnostic lab, Regenerative Medicine lab, Business lab, Clinical Simulation & Skills lab, and several others.
- Sports: The sports facilities available at the University campus includes outdoor sports arenas including a playground covering an area of about 3496 square meters, 2 Volleyball / Throwball Courts, 1 Tennis Court, 2 Basketball Courts, and courts for Kho-Kho, Baseball, Handball, etc.
In addition to the same, the indoor sports facilities of the University include Table Tennis Tables, Badminton Court, Carrom Boards, and Chess Boards.
- Hostel: The University has separate top-notch residential facilities for the female and male students, some of them are named ‘Aadya’, ‘Daffodils’ ‘Orchid’, etc. The DY Patil Vidyapeeth Hostel rooms are fully-furnished with amenities including beds, tables, wardrobe, chairs, etc. & are available in multiple occupancies.
The services that the residents of the University hostels have access to are mess, round-the clock security, elevators, and several others.
- Cafeteria: There are more than 5 cafeterias in the campus of the University, all of which serve freshly prepared food items, meals, snacks, beverages to the students at a subsidised rate. Some of them are named ‘Café Peterdonuts’, ‘Gossip Kitchen’ and many more.
- Transportation: The University has a fleet of buses along with other vehicles to ensure students travel safely from the premises to their destination locations. Moreover, the University has about 8 & 6 buses with an accommodation capacity of 32+ & 50+ students, respectively.
Additionally, the other vehicles of the University include about 16 four-wheelers with a seating capacity of 5+ individuals and around 10 battery cars with a capacity of about 7 students. A number of safety norms are adhered within the transport vehicles such as seat belts, capacity limits are followed, consistent maintenance, etc.
- Healthcare Facility: There is the ‘Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, Hospital and Research Centre’ at the premises through which students can avail healthcare assistance. Apart from this, around 15 ambulances are available through which students can be travelled for personalised medical care to the required medical centre / hospital.
- Gymnasium: The DPU Pune campus has about 5 well-equipped gymnasiums from which 2 are for male and female each & 1 is located in an open court. Through this facility, students are able to maintain a good physical well-being while studying at the University.
- Banking: There is an ATM available of ‘Union Bank of India’ as well as of the ‘IDBI Bank’ within the premises of the University.
The University has a number of clubs which assists students to participate in the extra-curricular activities and showcase their talents & skills. On the other hand, the committees of the University help students with academic or personal issues that they face within the premises.
