B.Com (Hons.) has the majority of seats, to get admission, first you have to apply in West Bengal portal, there are several call up rounds, a very important thing is your class 12 marks, admission is merit based, no examination is taken separately, once the call list is published, you have to pay admission fee which is around Rs. 1000 only and then they will call for physical verification. Eligibility to get into Goenka College is minimum 90% in 12th for general category, for OBC it goes up to 80%-85% percent, and for SC / ST around 75%-80%. But it is quite rare. It is suggested to keep your marks above 90 percent to get into Goenka College easily. A 75% attendance criterion is mandatory here.
