Step 1: Preparation

The Institute’s Placement Committee creates an organised plan to aid students in securing employment opportunities.

Step 2: Placement Evaluation Test (PET)

In the next step, a Placement Evaluation Test (PET) is conducted which comprises a written test, Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI) to ensure that students’ skills & knowledge align with their career prospects.

Step 3: Pre-Placement Talks (PPTs)

Following this, the committee organises several pre-placement talks to create awareness among the students regarding the participating companies, job profiles, and various other aspects among the students.

Step 4: Final Placement Procedure

In the end, meritorious students go through the recruitment process which include Aptitude Tests, Group Discussions, and Personal Interview rounds (might differ for each company).
