IMAS Kolkata Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules

International Management & Analytics School (IMAS), Kolkata provides hostel facilities for both boys’ and girls’. At the hostels, all the required amenities are available which provide a home-like environment to the students.

The hostel rooms at IMAS Kolkata are categorised on AC and Non-AC basis with different occupancy including single, double, and triple sharing. The International Management & Analytics School hostel fees range from Rs. 48,000/- to Rs. 1,20,000/- per year (excluding mess charges & security deposit).

To avail the accommodation facilities, students have to pay hostel & mess fees, depending on several factors like occupancy and room type.

*The above-mentioned hostel fee includes room rent, amenities & electrical charges. Moreover, students need to pay the security deposit of Rs. 5000/- for Non-AC room & Rs. 10,000/- for AC room which is refundable and Rs. 1000/- will be charged for hostel application.

Note: The per month mess charges includes Rs. 4650/- for vegetarian and Rs. 6200/- for non-vegetarian meals comprising Breakfast & Dinner.

Below-given are some of the rules which hostellers need to follow to maintain discipline in the premises:

• All the hostellers must return to the premises before the specified time.
• Activities such as shouting, misbehaving, ragging, and fighting are not allowed in the premises. If the students are found indulged in these activities, strict actions will be taken against them.
• Consumption of alcohol, drugs, and any other intoxicants items are strictly prohibited within the hostel premises for the students.
• Students should not damage any hostel property while residing at the Institute’s accommodations.
• It is mandatory for the students to be present in the premises at the time of attendance.

The accommodation facilities within the IMAS Kolkata Campus are available for both boys’ and girls’ separately. At the hostels, rooms are allotted to the students in multiple occupancies like single, double, and triple with AC and Non-AC options.

Moreover, all the rooms are fully furnished & equipped with required facilities including a bed, mattress, cabinet, study table, chair, dustbin, etc.
