Ramdeobaba University (RBU), Nagpur has a modern campus comprising top-notch infrastructure and world class facilities. The University’s campus is accessible for everyone including differently-able students as ramps, lifts, wheel chairs, special washrooms, and other facilities are designed accordingly for them.
Ramdeobaba University campus covers a land area of approximately 17 acres and has modern classrooms, fully-equipped labs, medical services, well-stacked libraries, residential buildings, indoor & outdoor sports, and other such amenities which provide a conducive environment to the students.

- Library: The University has a central library which is considered as a learning centre containing 84,000+ books, around 15 magazines, nearly 10 newspapers, journals, and other academic resources. In addition, around 20 computers are present in the digital library and students can use them to access the e-resources for advanced academic & research purposes.
Moreover, various services like scanning & photocopying, book lending, reference, etc. are offered to the students within the library. Apart from this, separate departmental libraries are there to help students gain course-specific knowledge.
- Laboratories: The University has multiple computer labs comprising ample desktops, printers, high-speed internet, and updated system software. In addition, the Department of Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemistry, and others have fully-equipped labs like Manufacturing Technology lab, Solar Energy lab, Language lab, Mechatronics lab, Electrical Machines laboratory, etc.
These labs are set up to bridge the gap between classroom theory and practical application of the same.
- Sports: Ramdeobaba University has a dedicated department which manages the sports activities. In addition, adequate amenities for indoor games are there including around 2 Table-Tennis Tables, Chess, Carrom, etc. Moreover, nearly 5 Turf Wickets for Cricket, approximately 3 Badminton Courts, around 2 Volleyball Courts, a Standard Basketball Court, Lawn Tennis Court, Football Ground, and other such facilities are present at the University for outdoor games.
- Hostel: Around 2 hostels for boys and 1 for girls are there within the premises which can collectively accommodate approximately 638 students. Moreover, Ramdeobaba University Hostel rooms are available in double, triple, quadruple, and quintuple options. Furthermore, the students residing in these hostels get world-class facilities such as furnished rooms, mess, night canteen, gym, medical services, round-the-clock security, etc.
- Canteen: The University’s canteen serves as a relaxing place where students can have a diverse range of healthier food and beverages options at affordable prices. In addition, a ‘Nescafe’ outlet is available inside the premises.
- Healthcare Facility: At RBU Nagpur, students get adequate medical facilities like on-campus dispensary and ambulance services. Moreover, the University has tie-ups in case of emergency with ‘Shantimohan Hospital’, ‘Max Healthcare Hospital’, ‘Critizone Hospital’, and others.
- Gymnasium: Students can avail gym facility within the Ramdeobaba University campus which is equipped with cardio and strength-training equipment & machines.
