The Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose college is one of the most famous colleges in Kolkata. I choose this college due to several reasons; one is its prime location, second it's placement in good brands, offices and companies. My seniors recommended me that the teachers and the teaching methods are very nice of the college. In many colleges that come under Calcutta University, there is a lot of strictness regarding attendance. It is a very big problem because if you want to pursue any external degree or course like CA, CMS or CS then it's very difficult for you to attend college. Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose College in Kolkata is a versatile college offering courses like B.Com & B.Sc with highly educated professors and humble staffs. It also has well designed infrastructure with good placements. For me, it is one of the best colleges in Kolkata. It is situated in Elgin road. The college also supports anti ragging and anti harassment camp in college and if the management notices anyone being part of these kind of activities, they take action against them. Overall, the facilities of the college are very much decent according to its fee structure and it is a government college though under Calcutta University.Read Full Review

AJC Bose college is very good for bachelor's degree. Teachers are well qualified and experienced. College environment is friendly. The college gives you a wide exposure in terms of experiences; AJC Bose college is located in easily accessible area which reduces your travel time.
