The College provides students career-related guidance and mentorship through the Training & Placement Committee / Centre for Training & Placement. It aids students to enhance their employability potential by enabling them with a number of pre-placement activities.

The premise of the College spreads across a land area of about 6 acres. In addition to this, there are numerous facilities within the Wilson College Campus that aids students to experience an academic journey without any inconveniences.

There are multiple classrooms present within the campus of the College which enables students to engage in interactive sessions. A conference room along with an AV room is there at the College campus in which events such as conferences, discussions, presentations, etc. are conducted.

Some of the other facilities which students can access at the Wilson College Mumbai campus are as follows:

• Library: The premises of the College have a library along with multiple departmental libraries which are equipped with books, journals, and other such resources. There are online resources as well in the libraries including e-magazines, e-books, etc. The library has a spacious reading area and facilities such as book bank, automated library catalogue, and others.
• Laboratories: Computer laboratories which are present at the campus of the College aid students to complete their technical assessments and tasks. Along with this, the departments such as Chemistry, Physics, Botany, etc. have laboratories to facilitate students with application-based learning lectures.
  The departmental laboratories which are present at the premises of the College are DST FIST lab, Centralised Instrument laboratory, Psychology lab, etc.
• Auditorium & Seminar Hall: There is a ‘McKenzie Auditorium’ at the premises of the College along with several seminar halls in which formal events are organised including seminars, fests, webinars, cultural competitions, etc.
• Canteen: A variety of food items, packaged snacks, and beverages are available for the students at affordable prices at the canteen of the College.
• Hostel: The hostels for male and female students are separately present nearby the College campus. The boys’ hostel is called ‘Mackichan Hall’ and the hostel for girls is named ‘Pandita Ramabai Hostel’. The Wilson College Hostels have rooms available in different occupancies and contain basic necessities.
  The amenities which are available for the students residing within the hostels of the College are mess, round-the-clock security, high-speed internet, sports arenas, etc.
• Sports: A gymkhana is available for the students to encourage them to participate in various tournaments. The sports facilities which are present for the College students are for outdoor games such as Badminton, Boxing, Box-Cricket, Cricket, Rink Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Throwball, etc.
  The indoor sports facilities that are there at the College are Table Tennis, Chess, and Carrom. Additionally, there is a gymnasium through which students maintain their physique.
• Medical Facilities: At the campus of the College, there is a medical room / centre in which required tools are present to facilitate prompt treatment in case any student gets injured or suffers from ailment.
