DKTE Society's Textile and Engineering Institute Kolhapur Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

For each department there is separate building. There are big classrooms with the capacity of 60 to 70 students per class. Each classroom have projector for more interactive sessions. The buses are also available for transportation. The labs in this Institute are well equipped and the faculties are more supportive. The rajwada is very beautiful in Ichalkaranji.

The overall campus life is awesome like we love spending time in the campus. There are lots of clubs in each department, they organises different types of events and functions according to the department. In my department there are several clubs like hacker earth, hacker rank, code chief, Microsoft coding club, Google cloud club, etc. There is annual traditional day event organised in our Institute once a year. Infrastructure of the DKTE is very well and it has a historical type of the infrastructure. All the laboratories are well equipped with machines with modern technology that is used in day-to-day life. College has a canteen inside the campus for students where they can sit and spend some time with their friends.

There are different events that take place in the DKTE. Students come from different parts of India here to study. We have freshers party every year to welcome our freshers in the college. Teacher’s day is also celebrated here. During Navratri we also have dandiya night in our campus where all the students enjoy the great dandiya and garbage.Read Full Review

Our college campus is big and spread across 6 acres. There are separate buildings for each department and central common library for all departments. Lifts are installed in each block. Buildings are made of concrete. There are 3 canteens at our college and drinking water is available everywhere in campus. There is also area for parking cars and bikes. College has one playground. That is all about infrastructure.

Our campus always remains crowded. We have various technical, non-technical and cultural clubs. I.e., IoT forum, robotics, IEEE student chapter, NSS and shabdarang. We have annual cultural festival called 'shabdatarang' which goes on for 4 days every year.
