Academics is not that great but it is in a medium level. Like we have three internals in which writing two of them are mandatory. If you couldn't attend one of some issue there is another internals for you to manage. Even if you get less marks, they will allow you to write the third one. The marking scheme is also easygoing. The curriculum for first year is the same for every college, it might be tough but as I am in second year currently I would say after entering the branch it won't be that bad. To join Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology Bangalore you have to clear this entrance with good rank. They provide Scholarship support for SC, ST, OBC and some meritorious students.
