Future Institute of Engineering and Management Reviews on Placement, Faculty, Hostel by Students

Being a second year student, I have almost passed two years in Future Institute of Engineering and Management, and now I am in my 4th semester. Speaking of an overall experience, I have found it to be average. The faculty here is a 50-50, by which I mean though the faculty here is quite knowledgeable, but they lack the skills of teaching, but few do for sure. The institute does provide you opportunities to prove yourself through several important competitions but at the end of the day it does depends on you. There are great hangout spots too that balances the stiff environment inside the institute with enjoyment. If we talk about what made me choose this institute, I did have this institute through my WBJEE list of institutes. I did part of my research by reading quite many reviews and even talking to pass outs from this institute, which gave me an idea it is well an average institute based on my WBJEE rank, and hence I kept it on my list. I will not really say there is anything too much special about this institute which differentiates it from others, though they take the attendance part quite strictly, sometimes even more strictly than other institutes.Read Full Review

I chose this college because its fees structure is affordable and I've graduated and completed my BCA degree from Future Institute of Engineering and Management. So, it was easier to get familiar with all the faculty members and students. Also it has a good reputation of having 90% placement rate. So overall it provides a good environment to up skill yourself.Read Full Review

Initially, I chose this institution as it promised many things, among them was specialisation in film studies which made me choose this college among others. If I were you thinking of pursuing media science with interest in film making, I would think again before applying to this college as there are much better colleges in Kolkata itself.Read Full Review
