Meenakshi College of Engineering Chennai Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The College has all the basic infrastructure needed for the College students. There are RO water supply and washroom facilities on every floor of the campus. The parking is wide enough to park the vehicles of the students and professors as well. The College has turf to play football and we can also play box cricket inside it. There is also a volleyball court and cricket net to practice. The College has a separate hall for indoor games where you can play carrom, chess, table tennis, and other indoor games available in the room. There is also a gym available in the campus where you can work out and chill. Overall the College has a very good infrastructure. There is also a canteen present in the College. This canteen is average. There is a clinical room available in the College where you can get medicines and a nurse is available in the room all the time to help with the students with any difficulty. There is also a resting room available for students to take rest if they feel tired or sick. The College has very good equipment for the practicals and there is a separate rooms dedicated for each labs. The lab sessions are taken properly.

The campus life in the College is nice. There is no ragging in the campus and students are free to move in the College. The campus is filled with greenery and plants which will keep you fresh and energetic. But you are not allowed to roam through the campus during the class hours.Read Full Review

The campus has 5 floors. Each floor has different departments and 2 bathrooms. The classrooms are well maintained. We have many labs for the students do their practicals. The ground floor has a canteen. It is very good and affordable compare to others. The library and parking facility for the faculty and students available are good. This college has various sports activities too.

The Meenakshi College of Engineering has various co curricular activities other than studies like football, cricket badminton, carrom, chess and other indoor games. Festivals like Pongal are also celebrated in this college. Every department conducts symposiums for the students. The fresher’s event is organised annually, when the freshers join the college. Cultural activities are held in this college too. Overall, this is a great college for students.Read Full Review
