Poor or being a little less harsh, I would say average. The reason is that they never took students seriously and were more intent in finishing the syllabus and submitting the reports to the dean that they have done their job and its students turn to cut out the task. They never took the responsibility of the weak students in studies or if some doubts were left. Once their job is done, they will run through and find their peace in the staff rooms where students were not allowed.
