Oriental University Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Indore

The Oriental University (OU), Indore has on-campus hostels for both boys’ and girls’ separately. The University’s hostels ensure a safe and comfortable stay for the students by providing a home-like environment with various facilities.

At Oriental University, students get access to fully-equipped hostel rooms which are available on single, double, and triple sharing basis with amenities like bed, table, chair, etc. The annual Oriental University hostel fee ranges from Rs. 65,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- .

To avail the accommodation facilities at Oriental University hostel, students are required to pay the accommodation charges (inclusive of boarding and lodging charges) as specified by the University.

Note: Refund is processed in case if the student wishes to withdraw before the commencement of classes with a deduction of processing fee of Rs. 2,000/-. However, no refund will be given after the closure of admission for their respective program and if the vacant seat is not filled.

To maintain the decorum of Oriental University hostel, the authorities have set some rules & regulations which every hosteller have to follow; the details about the same are as follows:

• Involvement in any kind of violent acts and ragging will lead to strict consequences against the guilty students.
• Students are strictly prohibited to keep any kind of electrical appliances in their rooms.
• Hostellers are not allowed to stay outside the hostel premises without obtaining prior permission from the designated authorities.
• Consumption of alcohol & drugs, smoking, and other intoxicants items are strictly banned within the hostel premises.

The Oriental University Campus offers fully furnished on- campus residential facilities to the students. There are separate hostels for both boys’ and girls’ with each spread over an area of approximately 77,709 square metres.

The rooms at the hostels are available on a sharing basis including single, double, and triple. Moreover, the hostel rooms are fully-equipped with varied amenities like a bed with mattresses, tube-lights, almirah, table, chair, and fan which ensures a comfortable stay for students.

At Oriental University Indore hostel, a mess is present which is developed on an area of around 13,250 square metres to serve healthy and nutritious meals to the students.
