KIT's College of Engineering Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Kolhapur

The hostel life is very good. Students are free to roam anywhere in the campus. There are very less restrictions for the hostel students. The security of the college hostel is very strict. Thus, the hostellers feel safe. The mess and hostel rooms are decent. There is a big playground for the students to play anytime. We do have a hostel here but I live at my home. So I don't know much about the hostel life. But as much as I know of the hostels are pretty decent and also there are PGs available all around the campus so it's even a plus point.Read Full Review

KIT has residential facilities with 2 boys and 1 girl’s hostel. The number of rooms was not enough as many students had to arrange their accommodation outside the campus. The hostel building was lavish and the multistoried building had a lot of facilities. Common 6-7 bathrooms on each floor. Water cooler with RO purifier. The rector was strict is all I know as they had to stand in queue for attendance at sharp 9 pm. The food provided at the hostel was also good as I invited many of my hostel friends for dinner but they rather had the hostel food to boast for. The fee was also just 15k per semester that included food as well.Read Full Review
