Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College New Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The campus size is huge and the buildings are painted in light pink color. There is this really nice outdoor area named ‘Jannat’ which has some seating arrangements and is surrounded with trees. It is really pleasant to sit and spend time with friends there. The sports department is quite strong. The Basketball court is nice and decent sized. There is a huge Football ground too. There is a gurudwara too inside the College premises. It is very peaceful to visit. The canteen is also very good, it is affordable and hygienic. They even serve good quality non-vegetarian meal options.

Overall, the experience I had at this College has been great. You get the exposure of living with a diverse crowd, and will definitely find your people with whom you will be able to make the most of your College life. The campus is very large and convenient to move around. It consists of a small park, a library, around 4 computer labs, an outdoor lawn tennis and basketball court, a large ground for cricket and football, a gym for children involved in sports activities, a music room, a very big and well-maintained auditorium, a small waiting area named ‘Jannat’. There is also a branch of Punjab N Sind Bank in the college campus.

The campus life is average. It is good for students who just want to study and get involved in some of the society activities. The college also provides option to enter the National Cadet Corps (NCC). Overall, it is a great experience.Read Full Review

The campus has a nice balance of greenery, as we have botanical gardens. However, there are some old areas that need to be repaired. The classrooms are spacious, most have air conditioners and projectors. There are Samsung TVs for students pursuing CS (Hons.) The library is peaceful, with good collection of books and magazines. There is a seminar hall and a big auditorium where mostly all the events happen. My favourite is the lawn and ground during winters, as you can sit in sunshine during cold days. There is a canteen and medical room too.

SGTB New Delhi has given me friends and many memories. In my 2 years, I learnt so much from this College and also got many opportunities to stand out. Participated in many music competitions and also won most of them across DU Colleges. The north campus vibe is different, the fests, events, etc. everything is great.
