PIBM Pune Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025

A Placements & Corporate Relations or Placement Cell is set up by the Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) in order to assist students in building a professional life and become successful business leaders & entrepreneurs.

The PIBM Pune Placement Cell has connections with 650+ global recruiters that include Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Capgemini, Accenture, Amazon, and many other companies. Till now, more than 7500 students have secured placement opportunities from these recruiting companies. Students enrolled in PIBM Pune Courses from batch 2024-2026 have received a highest and average package of 26 LPA and 10.3 LPA, respectively.

The cell conducts grooming sessions before the Pune Institute of Business Management placement drive in order to sharpen the employability skills of the students so that they can secure attractive job & Internship offers from the recruiters. Some of the pre-placement training activities are guest lectures, industrial visits, group discussions, mock interviews, and seminars.
