NIT Raipur Faculty Profile

There are permanent faculty members present in the Institute. All general lectures are done on black boards and sometimes PPTs are used. They are very easy to approach and very helpful in nature. The entire faculty has done their graduation from prestigious Institutes present in India and hold PhDs. They easily solve our problems related to our course, and also give us tips for improvement. Faculty is highly educated here. Many of the faculty members are from reputed institutes of India such as IITs, NITs, etc. They are highly experienced. They sometimes teach us on blackboard and sometimes teach through the PPTs. Teacher-student ratio is good. Well all teachers are friendly in nature and they bother about your studies. Faculty members have a good doubt solving skill and we can also clear our doubts from research scholars as well. There is a funny incident of mine, as I am a back bencher in the class so, teachers usually scold me to study. In my mid semester I scored full marks in Math and teachers were surprised. Faculties are well educated. most of them teach in Hindi due to more Hindi speaking students. while teaching, they use blackboard, and projectors. The problem solving ability of a faculty is good. The teacher student ratio in institutes 1:30. Lecturers are always approachable to the students and more interact with students. some of them are PhD graduates.Read Full Review
