IIMS Pune Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules

The International Institute of Management Studies (IIMS), Pune has separate hostel facilities for both female and male students. In addition to this, there are about 4 IIMS Pune hostels present within the campus, some of them are named ‘Sigma Boys Hostel’, ‘Beta Girls Hostel’, and ‘Delta Girls Hostel’.

The IIMS Pune has hostels that can accommodate more than 300 students. In addition to this, the hostel rooms are available in multiple occupancies and are equipped with multiple amenities for students’ convenience. The per annum IIMS Pune hostel fees is Rs. 1,31,000/- (including mess charges & other applicable charges).

Students are required to pay the prescribed hostel fees in order to reside within the accommodations. The annual IIMS Pune hostel fees is Rs. 72,000/-. Along with it, students have to pay Rs. 54,000/-, per annum as the mess fees & Rs. 5000/- as the one-time hostel security deposit.

* It is to be noted that, it is necessary for the students to stay in the Institute hostels for the first year. In addition, the allotment of hostels will be as per first-come-first serve basis.

• Damaging the hostel property will result in hostellers attracting a penalty.
• It is a criminal offence to indulge in the act of ragging, so students should avoid it in hostel premises.
• Residents of the hostels should keep their valuable belongings in a safe locked storage as the hostel management will not be responsible for any loss.
• Visitors such as friends, relatives, acquaintances are not allowed to stay within the hostel rooms of the Institute.
• Students residing in the IIMS Pune hostels are required to stay within the premises for attendance every day at the stipulated timings.
• It would be considered as a serious misconduct if a hosteller is found responsible for abusing, misbehaving, harassing, etc. any hostel staff or fellow inmate.
