IIMS Pune has a Placements & Corporate Relations Team which is also known as Training & Placement Cell that assists students in building a successful professional life by choosing a suitable job option. So far, 300+ campus placements have been done.

Step 1: Students can read the job description provided by the company and then interested ones can register for the same.

Step 2: The cell sends the resume of the students to the respective companies for the Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) and then students are shortlisted for the further process.

Step 3: Followed by, the company conducts a selection process for shortlisted students which mainly includes aptitude or other tests, Group Discussion (GD), and Personal Interview (PI) round.

Step 4: Qualified students receive the job offers and then they need to join the company on the specified date.
