Shanti Business School Placements: Average & Highest Package 2025, Ahmedabad

The Shanti Business School has a Training & Placement Cell that offers career-related services to the students so that they can explore diverse career opportunies & have a successful career. The SBS Ahmedabad Placement Cell also provides requisite training to students so that they can perform efficiently during the placement process.

The cell is connected with more than 1100 recruiters, out of which, every year, 200+ companies participate in the Institute’s placement drives to provide job opportunities to students. Some of such companies are Aditya Birla Group, Bisleri, Coca-Cola, Deloitte, and Federal Bank.

According to the placement statistics of 2023-25 batch, students secured around 186 job offers from their dream companies. For the same year, the highest package and average packages of the Institute are 13.45 LPA and 6.50 LPA.

Below-mentioned are key steps of the Shanti Business School placement process:

Step 1: Interview Preparation

Firstly, the cell conducts various expert sessions to provide professional assistance to the students about CV / resume building, group discussion, and other rounds of the selection process.

Step 2: Preference & Selection

In the following step, students enrolled in the Shanti Business School Courses submit a form that specifies their preference of the job role, location, sector, etc. to the cell so that they can match their profile with the correct employer.

Step 3: Final Interview Preparation

Subsequently, the Placement Office organises activities to aid students prepare themselves for the GDs, personal interview round, and aptitude tests. The guidance offered during these activities is domain-centric (like Marketing, HR, Finance, etc.)

Step 4: Visiting Companies

Once the cell understands students’ interests and career aspirations, they visit prospective recruitment companies for getting an idea about their individual hiring procedure, packages, and job profiles.

Step 5: Pre-Placement Talks

During the same meeting, the cell invites companies to visit the campus prior to the recruitment drives & organise pre-placement talk so that students get to know about the company’s background and offered job profiles.

Step 6: Interview and Final Selection

Then, recruiting partners come to the campus at allocated time and dates in order to carry out their individual final selection process to hire the right candidates for the job role.

Step 7: Offer Letter & Final Procedure

At the end of the hiring process, students who pass all the rounds are provided with offer letters. For ensuring smooth transition from academics to the professional world, the cell assists students in signing their offer letters and further process.
